I bought a Trestle and Bridge Set Item no 46-1226 but unfortunately the instruction sheet for assembly is lost. Does anyone has a scaned copy from this instruction sheet or can tell where to get it ???

This is a 33 piece trestle set, similar to those made by Tyco, Revell, Model Power, and AHM years ago. It is designed for use with regular sectional track, not EZ-Track, and is most often used on an "Up and over" figure eight layout. There is a bridge that goes between the two tallest trestle bents, and 16 pairs of bents for raising and lowering the track on each side of the bridge.

This picture is pretty self explanatory about how the set is used:

If at first you don't succeed, throw it in the spare parts box.

Also, if you make use of this set, you will find the grade is waaaaaayyyy too steep.  If you have traditional sectional track and this is why you bought this, do as Len has suggested here before and buy another similar set and use all the trestles of both sets to reduce the grade. Be advised, this will require a lot more room (linear space) than simply using this set by itself.  If you get a set of a different color trestle, you can always spray paint all the trestles the same color using a quality (Krylon or Rustoleum) spray paint for plastic.
In addition, be advised that Atlas makes a concrete block pier set which is complete and will give a much more manageable grade.
