Upgrading an older 4-6-0

I recently purchased used a Bachmann 4-6-0, model #82304 that I would like to upgrade to include a DCC decoder and sound. The tender of the
#82304 does not appear to allow space for a speaker and DCC decoder. My 1st choice for a decoder is the TSC W0W 101 sound system. Your suggestions appreciated!
