Removal of Shell on SD70ACE

I have one of the SD70ACE units and it has no operating Ditch Lites.
I am going to attempt to add operating ones, but am not sure how to get the shell removed?
Do I just remove the couplers, or is it more involved??

It is more involved. There are some tiny screws that hold it in place, you need to remove those as well.
