Removing truck frames

I have a gp30 dcc on board that i need to remove the truck side frame from the wheels.

Refer to the diagram in the link.

The truck side frames are one piece. Look for a tab on the front of the truck, and look for a tab on the rear of the truck. Gently pry the frame from the tab, and the frame will release. The F units, which I have, are constructed the same way.
