I have been trying to reach your repair center.  I have had no luck.  You need to make your web page easier to use.  I have logged in and it will nit take my email address.  I have a N gage Durango Silverton train set, The locomotive fail apart.  I need it replaced it is less then 4 months old.

We are not sure why you can't log into the Service page: http://rma.bachmanntrains.com/. Maybe you need a different password. You can email Service: service@bachmanntrains.com or call between 8:30 and 4:30: 800-356-3910 (extension 304). (Note we are closing at 4:00 today because of storm-related road conditions.) We hope you are able to enjoy the set soon.
