On the last pic, the guy in front on the horse has on a uniform and it looks like a conductor's hat. I wonder if he has anything to do with the train. Advance man or something? Or, maybe he is leading the beer or whatever wagon to where it's going?

I knew about the El being converted to a park and walkway but I didn't know about the Westside Cowboys. That picture is in this video.
