The guy had a method to adjust motor control CVs so that almost any DCC engine could be made to crawl like an ant.  It won't work well on the new Tsunami2 's but it works on the older Tsunamis and on Bachmann Soundtraxx and Sound Value decoders.

Casey Jones, JR. looks like Litchfield does not stock the transformer anymore.
Mouser Electronics has a search engine. Look for an audio transformer with the primary secondary specs.

If you go this way, this should work. It has the same center tap winding which is not used.

I use to order from this company a number of years ago.

I remember now doing this for a kid many years ago, maybe ten years ago, using a first generation diesel SoundTraxx decoder in a yellow shrink wrap that I gave him. I know he had a DCC system but do not remember which one. It might have been a Bachmann. He pressed a few buttons for sounds as I remember. The loco was a diesel with no sound. He was happy.
