is gp40 sound and regular bottom frames same ?

hey i have question, is the gp40 with dcc sound under frame the same as gp40 regular that come with train set?

No. They lower frame is cast differently for a 28mm speaker.The part is not available either. Just the plastic fuel tank that covers it.
