Getting back into the hobby and I have lots of old engines and cars.
One that I got back from my Grand kids was a "Bachmann HERSHEY" engine.
It's still in looks good, but the motor and wheels are worn out,
(they must have like playing with it). Is there a new model that I
can install the frame on?

There appears to have been two versions of the Hershey locomotive. One is gold and brown, it is a b23-7. The other is a brown and silver GP40. The B23-7 appears to have been discontinued, but the GP40 is current production. B23-7s can be found relatively easily at train shows.

If it is a B23-7 then any Bachmann B23-7 will do, but as mentioned above they are out of production, so no new models are available obviously.
If it is a GP-40, you will need to buy an older GP-40 as it will not fit unmodified on a new model, or you can make the necessary modification to make it work on a newer model.
