Montreal.  Where two feet of snow overnight is no excuse for being late for work in the morning.

Where the morning temperature can be around -40C (About the same in F) and when you drive away, your tires have flat spots until the tires warm up.

Toronto.  Six inches of snow and they all go home home from work because of the "heavy" snow fall.  :-)

Victoria.  Where two inches of snow shuts the city down.  :-)

It's all relative.

Cheers

They always say that the drivers in the south don"t know how to drive in the snow.  I see on tv, when they have a snow up north, they have cars and trucks all over the place.
