In addition to a delivery date , what is the overall length of the locomotive and tender?

The 0-6-0 is the 2-6-0 without the front wheels and step boards instead of cow catcher. Looking at both of them, it looks the 0-6-0 might be about an inch shorter. That's just a guess.
Here are the standard 2-6-0 specs:
Bachman Spectrum 2-6-0 Mogul On30
Locomotive Size- Tender Size-
Length: 7" (17.8cm) Length: 4-3/4" (12.2cm)
Width: 2" (5.1cm) Width: 1-3/4" (4.6cm)
Height: 2-3/4" (7.2cm) Height: 1-3/4" (4.4cm)

Are the decoder and sound board for the 0-6-0 the same as for the 2-6-0?
