IIRC, it's a diesel, old Bachmann, fake markings, not worth much.  Hotlips would not be impressed.

   Hey C.Q.

       The Tyco set was G.I. Joe it had jeeps, copters, boats, tanks, men
( some had parachutes ) & a cardboard base to set it up on.
       My sons set, is still in my basement. they go for around $25 on Ebay if it's in the box, & all is there.
