That's a pre-USRA 0-6-0.  We need a model of one.  Smaller and lighter than the USRA.

How about it, Mr. Bach Man?  Use the Bachmann side tank 0-6-0 mechanism as a starting point.  Make a version of the boiler/cab without the water tanks and coal bunkers, clean up and refine the already available slope back tender, and you have it.

note the poling pole on the tender.

Just a bit of history on the Ma and Pa switchers, Nos. 29 and 30.  No. 29 was built in March, 1913 with a wood cab and Stevenson valve gear.  No. 30 was built 8 months later, but came with a steel cab and Walschearts gear.  Westside brought in brass models of both locos back in the early 1980's, IIRC.

Every time there's a bad storm, I'm surprised that lean-to shack of a roundhouse doesn't give up the ghost.

Just for accuracy's sake, Ma&Pa 0-6-0 #30 was built and delivered with a wooden cab same as the #29. It was later changed to a metal one. This is one of the "facts" that keeps being told over and over again.
