Brand new Bachmann freight car missing wheel

I bought a couple of new Bachmann freight cars recently and one of them had a missing wheel, will Bachmann replace the missing wheel if I contact customer service?

Did you check the box for the missing wheels? I've purchased freight cars from several vendors, including Bachmann, that had wheels pop out of the truck during shipping. It was a simple matter to replace them once I located them in the box.
