Compression Springs for N 65' Lighted Passenger Car

I am in need of at least 3 but would prefer 5 compression springs that are used on the trucks of the old n scale lighted 65 ft passenger cars.  One of the product numbers I have is 53-1042-14.

The springs fit over a 3/32 inch diameter screw and are about 1/8 inch or so long.

If anyone know where I might find something that will work or has some they would like to sell please advise.
