Do some measuring.
Get a dial caliper. Amazon and has a variety and not expensive. I have one that cost under ten dollars. It is as accurate as my twenty five dollar one.
Decoder specs are online.
Speaker sizes also online and you will need a baffle.  I have done that a few times over the years, Part of modeling.
Search for forums on the other side of the Pond. I know they exist.
Google should be your best friend.
I find a lot of answers using Google. It does take a little time.
