Presidental edition Ho scale

Hi,
I am trying to find a Bachmann Presidental edition train. My Dad saw one at a flee market but the seller decided not to sell it. I did not see the train but it has flags on the engine and that it was sold throught an ad in the news paper. Their is supose to currently be a Harley Davidson edition train being sold the same way at this time. Does any one have an idea where I can find information on one of these trains?
