need a book

Hello, I have a Bachmann 2-6-0 mogul and I need a book for it, where do I go to get one please?

Also I have a hand truck and trailer that I have never been able to get to run. Hesitates on the track and sounds like the gears are grinding, is there help out there for me or do I need to send it back to Bachmann? Please help Thank you
