Paint for Russia Iron boilers

Ok, I know this has probably been asked a thousand times, but I'm in the middle of scratchbuilding a loco. Can anyone tell me what paint is a match or at least comes close to that blue-ish color Bachmann uses on their loco boilers?  Thanks.

Dear RKC,
When I do a prototype I use a bright silver base coat.
When it's REALLY dry I find a transparent automobile color
I like and use that.
I'm sure there was variation among prototypes, so use a color that you like.
