Best sound decoder to use in an FB2 unit?

Hello,

Just got a DCC-ready (#64802) Alco FB2 & want to pair it up to my Sound Value FA1. I've heard a few different opinions for sound options, but what would be the best one to use for it -- is there a plug & play option perhaps? I've heard about Loksound, Soundtraxx, & something called ESU-Sound.

thoughts? maybe sound samples?

Go to the different decoder sites and listen to the sound samples. They will probably sound different in your loco depending on the baffle and speaker. What is Best will be what you think is best.
