How to remove steamer shells

It would help greatly if we knew which one you have. Bachmann makes many different steam locomotives, and how you remove the shell is different depending on which one you have,

Primarily 4-8-4's.

I don't have one of those, so I can't be of any help there. They're too big for my layout. Sorry. Maybe somebody else has some insight?

All of the 0-6-0's I have (Bachmanns) have 1 screw under the cab.  the cab will lift up and you then have to pry the front sides out a little one side at a time to get the rest off.
