ITLA has part for making a Chicago or NYC style HO elevated trains:
https://itlascalemodels.com/collections/elevated-the-l

Shapeways also offers a number of items for building an elevated HO or N train:
https://www.shapeways.com/marketplace/miniatures/trains?tag=elevated

There are also others offering elevated bits and pieces, or instructions on how to scratchbuild your own. Just put 'HO elevated train', without the ', into a search engine.

If at first you don't succeed, throw it in the spare parts box.
