3 Truck 80 Ton Shay Truck Replacement

As it looks liek a few users have posted, the truck on my Shay went out due to gear failure and now I need replacements.

Would anyone have some for sale or know where I could aquire them?

Northwest Short Line used to make replacement gear kits. If you carefully follow the directions they will work fine. But it is not a project for someone without some good skills.
