Bachmann Big Hauler Item No 89194 Jackson Sharp Observation South Pacific Coast

I have this impressive passenger coach but I am having a problem getting inside it to carry out the following:
I am wanting to add passengers and repair one of the interior lights which no longer works.
I can take off the bottom but cannot get to the inside seats nor access the inside of the roof area. 
Is thee a special way of getting inside this model?
Please Help.

Once the frame is removed the floors should simply drop out.
