Speed control inoperative on my EZ Control that was purchased in April. Can warranty cover? Can I send it in for repair? Tried to call in but the phones not working well.

Please send an email to service@bachmanntrains.com. They can check your warranty status and advise you on getting your E-Z Command repaired or replaced.
