Well, we got an answer as to what that little Mogul isn't, but we didn't get an answer to what and where it actually is.

Guilford Guy

True but it seems the poster did not actually know much about it besides its location, it also seemed that after about 24 hours that no one would post but if anyone still wants to give it a  shot they are welcome to.

Good job Guilford Guy.  It is indeed a SW-9 locomotive.  This locomotive was painted by my Grandpa Richard K. Thompson.  This locomotive also stayed in Brookville PA in Jefferson County.  Today there is no trace of this locomotive or the other ones that the Pittsburg & Shawmut railway sold. :'(

hmmm..I doubt that is true!
there should still be a few PS&N locos floating around somewhere..

To Google!  ;D

Lycoming Valley has three ex-Shawmut engines,
including 1776! she is now 239:

thats enough for 2 minutes of googling! ;)
there are probably more..

and Frog,
could you please tone-down that signature pic of the tractor?
its WAYYYYYY too big for a signature pic.
100X200 pixels is reasonable.

thanks,
