EZ Command 5 amp power supply and the Digitrax Zephyr

Is it possible to hook up the Digitrax Zephyr to the E-Z Command 5 amp power booster? According to the instructions it says to contact you about connecting the 2 together. I have a cable that came with the power supply that is supposed to allow DCC hook up. I just need to know where to connect the 2 wires to the Digitrax Zephyr.

The wire end of the cable connects to "Rail-A" and "Rail-B" on the grey Zephyr terminal block.
