DT602D Bachmann switch and crossovers.

Hello all,
I am new to DCC. I bought a Digitrax 210+ with a DT602D throttle. When trying to program in the switch control I can get the switch to enter program mode. Type in the address but when I hit the soft B key it will not confirm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I pressed the switch button prior to typing in the address.
