Fish cars

I've just learned about fish/trout cars - cars for transporting (normally) live fish from the hatchery to the release point.  They looked like passenger cars from the outside.

Read something about such cars many years ago in either Model Railroader or Railroad Model Craftsman.
Think they were rebuilt Baggage cars with tanks made of glass just like the milk cars.

If my memory is right.
