I have the E-Z Command System that I use on the Woodland Scenics River Pass layout.  The recommended track is Atlas 83 which I've found to be a problem -- not deep enough to hold many cars on the track, especially around 18" radius turns.

Is it feasible to use E-Z track on the layout?

What do I need to do to use your digital turnouts?  (My layout has a right and left switch, each located in tunnels.)

I purchased a 2-8-0 DCC locomotive that has trouble staying on the track.  Is that a function of the 18" radius curves or maybe the 83 track?

Yes, EZ Track will work fine. In fact, I used a River Pass and EZ Track to build "Riley's Run", our On30 display. Check it out in the photo gallery.
