Bob,
I am about finished bashing a tender.  I was inspired by your earlier project, that you sent to me...
A friend gave me his Chattanooga Choo-Choo, that is powered by the tender.  The unit was dead, so I used a Athearn SW-7 Calf, for power.  The Engine will be a 0-8-2 Cab forward, with long range tender; when complete.

A word of caution, though- I found out the hard way, you need a PLASTIC Draw bar between the units, or it creates a short...

Yampa Bob

My most recent "Goat" project is a powered water car (canteen), using the 70 chassis.  I used the back sections of two old tenders to make the canteen.

I am so way behind in my documentation and pictures, wonder if I'll ever get caught up.
I know what I wrote, I don't need a quote
Rule Number One: It's Our Railroad.  Rule Number Two: Refer to Rule Number One.
