Looks like someone removed the 250 pixel limit!  ;D ;D

lets test it out:

woo hoo!
the 250 limit is gone!  ;D

thank you to whoever removed it!  ;D

now the only potential problem is that if there is no limit, people can post gigantic images which mess up the page...usually done out of honest ignorance about resizing, but I still think there should be a limit..like 640 to 800 or so..
normally I would never post a 900 pixel wide image like I did in the post above..I just did that to test it out!  ;)

If no limit is automatically applied, I guess we will just have to try to educate the people that post massive photos...hopefully it wont happen too often.

hmmm..maybe there is a limit set and its larger than 900!
just for the sake of science, im going to post a massive pic just to test the limit, if there is one...normally this shouldnt be done!  ;)
please keep pics at 640 to 800 maximum!

lets see..3,518 pixels wide should do it:

*edit*

ah ha! there IS a size limit!
I dont know what it is, its obviously somewhere between 900 and 3,518 pixels..
thats good then!
I wont bother to test it anymore...

thanks for fixing the "250 pixel problem!"  ;D ;D

Scott - Just curious as to why the track is raised off the roadbed. Is this on purpose?
Feel like a Mogul.

Great,

I can ... but my images are larger in image shack where I keep them stored ... less than 800K, but they used to post larger than this. any suggestions?

Thanks,

Like I said before, you have to edit your post and remove the 250 limit.

width=250 height=187

hmmm..interesting.
well maybe that works, but its certainly not the best way to do it! ;)
the "250 limit" was actually gone for a brief time this afternoon..photos did post full-size with no editing necessary..then the 250 limit REappeared..so perhaps someone is still tweaking the forum..

Rich R

Yup! That's what I'd call it as well.
It works as such at least.  8)
