What set of decals would I use if I was building an RDC 3.  I looked on Microscale and they don't list any for the RDC's.

Try http://www.smp-ind.com/7012.html and have a look around that sight. They have what you want.

Accu-cals at http://www.smp-ind.com/index.html

First one takes you to some of the Boston and Maine RDC Buddliners.
Second is the home page.

well it depends on the era.
Some RDC;s had  minutemen on the front- this is ealryy pre mcginnis.
later ones had the mcginnin B&M logo and either a silver or white front.

Sorry but he didn't say what era he wanted. But if you look around on that site they carry the Minuteman style as well for Budd liners.
Check it out at http://www.smp-ind.com/7011.html

I called Accu-Cal looking for the same decals. I was told all the inventory was flooded out 6 months ago. He has found no supplier yet.
I tried the passenger set from MicroScale but the color is too light for the aluminum. I may paint the lettering area white as this seems to be what was done early on.

OK then try this

http://www.mgdecals.com/P-112.htm
It's Highball Graphics and they do list the B&M RDC decals in HO.
I'm not certain about what era mind you but from the photograph it appears to be a later version. Possibly if you look around you may find they have the earlier ones as well?
I know of other companies by the way.

Hope this helps some, Let me know, I'll keep looking.

we got our decals for our R1D mountain ( B&M ) there. They have a great selection of New england railroad decals and their prices are great!
