I recently purchased a Spectrum 50-Ton Two truck Class B Climax. It came with an optional toolbox - actually two of them (H819X-00W04 and H819X-00W01). Where are they supposed to go?? I see no surface big enough to accommodate them. I've also looked at some prototype pictures, and occasionally see one on the left front walkway, but my larger one will not fit there.

Tool boxes can go almost anywhere they will fit.  I've seen them on a tender deck, under the tender, on the pilot deck, you name it.  Find a flat area where one will fit and attach the one which will fit there.

Thanks, but that's the problem - NO place to mount the larger one. It would seem that if they included it, it should fit somewhere (be nice now) without having to kitbash.

Some of the prototypical loggers would often put the large tool boxes on the roof of the cab.  It's just a thought!    Stephen

Perhaps there is NO place for the tool box?

Just thank Bachmann for the spare part(s) and dump them into your spare parts box.
