This is what happens to a tank car that is steam cleaned and sealed. The metal is 7/16" thick. Well, at least the car is clean.  Sigh

That was probably done in Germany. Look and listen to the video. I heard German voices. EVA tank cars are used on German railroads. It is an Instructional video. Notice the hose that goes to a vacuum pump. It "might" have happened by accident somewhere which led to this demonstration. This has been posted on You Tube Many, Many times.
