WHAT ARE THE EASY RIDERS WITH AND WITHOUT BALL BEARINGS FOR?

They are so that you can etheir break in your locomotive or run it for display. The ones with ball bearings are for powered drivers and the ones with-out are for wheels that aren't powered.
