Bachmann Dynamis DCC accessories availability?

The arrival dates of the Dynamis DCC accessories seem to be getting pushed back further and further.  I like my Dynamis system but really need an additional IR receiver, such as the #36509.  Are they ever going to be released or is their continuing unavailability a portent of the future?
