Thanks, Nigel.  You answered my question.

So it looks like Bachmann used a 2 wheel delta trailing truck on at least their K-4, and light 2-10-2. Are these one and the same? Can someone tell me what part numbers to order?
Thanks,

Nigel

Unfortunately, like most companies manufacturing in China, Bachmann cannot get spare parts - the few spare parts they have in the USA are from warranty returns.

I had a couple USRA trailing trucks from a 2-10-2 but used them. My question is, what happens if you damage the truck in warranty, are you just out of luck?

There doesn't seem to be any point having part numbers if we can't get the parts.

I did get a replacement underframe assembly for a Connie, maybe that was a take off from another defective locomotive.

Bob,

For a defective trailing truck they might well give you a whole new loco, I have recieved new locos for very small problems.

And yes, they do salvage parts from returns when they can.
