Can't post a question with Picture

I'm trying to post a picture of a item that  I would like to identify but everytime I hit post an error message comes back that says ' the upload folder is full contact the administrator'. Can't find a link to the admin.

Works for me. Just put the URL of your photo's web address between img and /img, both enclosed in [].

Your photograph is already in the web, isn't it?

No it's not on the web although I can put it there. I was just trying to upload it under Additional Options with my question.
