Dear WGL,

Your link didn't work for me, so I'll try shortening it up.

Yes, that worked better.

The following video indicates it is an HO layout.

Thanks for the heads up.

Have you been to the 2-Rail O scale layout at Bandanna Square in St. Paul, MN ?

One of my favorites.

If your loco is too heavy to lift, you'd better be able to ride in, on or behind it.

Joe, thanks for the links.  I enjoyed the videos.  Our copy of the Pioneer Press had pictures, but their website didn't.  I couldn't find the original story on the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinal's website.
No, I haven't been to the Twin City Model Railroad Museum & hadn't heard of it until you posted the link.

BIG BEAR

  Hey Guys,
BIG BEAR & Boxman went to this wake. I guess this is what happens when people loose interest. The club had only 2 members left for more than a year and they were in their 70's.
Joe, thank-you for the you tube links. They didn't have me sign a waiver or anything so they could show me in the film. I guess they don't have my address to send the royalty checks to either. That's alright I was just a background filler anyhow.

But... Barry..... you're a star.

Ahh, they must have sent your Limo and the Paparazzi to the wrong address.

That explains why you didn't get that royalty check in the mail.

Its a shame to see this great layouts get taken down, there was a club in Fairmont, MN near where I grew up that had a great layout but lost their building last year. They opened up to the public every Christmas season and just about every year as a kid I would go see it. Two years ago I got to take my son for the first time but was quite disappointed we weren't able to see it this last year.

I thought you'd be....bigger. ("Roadhouse" joke)  :D

That is very sad to lose the "clubhouse" after 30 years.  :(
I know what I wrote, I don't need a quote
Rule Number One: It's Our Railroad.  Rule Number Two: Refer to Rule Number One.

sounds like it was a membership problem. they only had 2 members
