Hi, I had bought 3 bachmann N amfleet coaches with light, 3 concor superliner and some bachmann boxcars. The bachmann trains are new. I would like to ask can i convert them to use knuckle coupler? If can, what kit should i use??

Usually, 1131's and 1133's are used to replace the stock B'mann crapidos, it depends on the length of the shank. The draft gear boxes that come with the MT's will snap in place to replace the original. Check out Micro Trains' website, (http://www.micro-trains.com) they will have a complete and current listing of all conversions. (They also changed the model #'s about a year ago to a thoroughly confusing system, for some unknown reason; even though the packages still have the old numbers on them...)
FWIW, I did almost all my replacements with body mounted 1015's, although body mounting would reqire rather large radius curves on passenger equipment..

You can use the 2004, but you would need a broad radius.

Thanks everyone, I am going to order them form walthers.
But the amfleet coach's coupler is fixed ABOVE the truck. Is it the walthers Bachmann Truck Mount Couplers -- Long Coupler 2 Pair? I don't think it is called (body mounted). And what should i use to convert the con-cor superliner? Please help me.
