Will a Bachmann 2-10-2 go thru an Atlas # 4 turn out without any problems?
Thanks

Bachmann recommends 22" minimum radius for this locomotive, so I would think that it would negotiate a no.4 switch if you slow down, but no.6's would look and operate better.  See my rants about really big engines on really small curves elsewhere.   ;)Hope this helps.

I have the Spectrum 2-10-2 and it is a no go for the #4 switch.

The number 6 is no problem, do not have a #5 so will not comment on it.

The Spectrum 2-10-2 is a long wheel base, I am not surprised it does not like the #4.

I wonder why my Spectrum 2-10-2 willl not negotiate a number 4 switch. ?
Does anyone else actually HAVE a Spectrum 2-10-2 and can confirm that the engine will in fact negotiate a number 4.

I have tried a number of #4 switches and NONE of them will work.
The hypothetical may not actually equate to reality.
