I see here you are re-running the 4-4-0 old timer:

It has your new couplers so must be some re-tooling. I wonder if the locomotive chassis is updated at all?

Chris333,

Are you referring to the blue tender and back of a loco on the left?  That would be cool!

Thanks,
Charles

Chris333

Yes that is it.  It has Bachmann's new couplers on it and that is a new paint job. I wonder what other improvements?

Can we see more.

Dear Chris,
I'll ask about any mechanical changes.
Have fun!

I saw these in Hartford. The paint is much improved over previous runs... its on par with the Atlas/Micro Ace Mogul. The tender uses the same pickup as the previous run, so don't expect much. I was not able to see the motor, but I imagine it is the newer can they have been using on everything.

I have a question. Is this new run of "4-4-0's receiving new road names or the usual road names "the ones that Bachmann has already used" ? Below is a list of the previous run of the Bachmann 4-4-0's that I have acquired over the years all have been lettered for the following railroads.
