Brill trolley clicks

One of my Brill trolleys has developed a click in the running gears. At first, I thougtht it was a dirty wheel or flat tire, but the worrisome noise is actually in the gears. Any ideas?

Might be a cracked gear. Take it apart, get a magnifier and take a look. I did that with a 44 ton that developed a click. Returned it for a new one.

It has a split plastic gear, I have an older Brill trolley with the same problem.
