Parts for GE B23/B30-7

In looking for parts for the GE B23/B30-7 Diesel Locomotive I don't seem to find anything. When I got this locomotive on using it on a track the locomotive fell onto the floor and both couplers fell out. In looking at the paper that came with the locomotive I see a part number N8888-00C01 which I can't seem to find in the parts listing on-line. Can anyone help with ordering on-line for this part or do I have to write to the BachmannIndustries, Inc. to order this part?
