We have a Hawthorn Village collectable train. It is a Thomas Kinkaid, HO, Christmas Express which we began collecting about 15 years ago. We now are trying to make it all work like new and everything works great. I ordered all new couplers, but need a truck for one of the cars which was dropped and broken. I hope someone can help. This truck is fastened from inside the car with one screw. The wheels seem to be ok but I would take new ones, and if needed another truck to be sure both are the same.

You've come to the right place, as Bachmann does indeed make the trains Hawthorne Village sells.

However, their website shows that the Thomas Kincaid "Christmas Express" collection is not HO, it's On30.  (Narrow gauge O scale trains that run on HO scale track)

I assume you need a passenger car truck with a light wire, which Bachmann sells individually and in pairs:

If your truck is from an unpictured freight car, please post a photo of the truck.
