Subject turnouts appear to be unavailable everywhere.  When do you expect them to become available?

Try Hub Hobby, A1A Hobby, Trains-PA on Amazon, or EBay. Active Powersports lists them but they list stuff that they don't have in stock. I learned that some time ago.

Another option would be to use Bachmann's Turnout Decoder (#44950) with standard turnouts:
