Can anyone tell me the max draw on this controller? Someone is asking how many locos it can run. I can't give him the direct answer, but I can give him the formula if I knew this answer.

The instruction sheet says, "12v DC Train Controller (0.7amp power output)". So really intended to just run one locomotive, with possibly a couple of lighted cars.
