Diesel Loco derails on turnout

I recently purchased a starter set with a DCC Sound-Equipped GP40 Diesel Locomotive, and a E-Z TRACK® EXPANDER PACK. The loco has a speaker on the bottom. The speaker hangs so low that is derails on both of the turnouts. It is not even close. How can I fix this???

I found the problem. The screws holding the speaker were too loose. I just reseated the speaker and tightened the screws. Now it runs great.

I also had to replace the rotary encoder in the speed control knob. The spring for the stop button was broke. Bachmann really needs to work on quality control.

I always take a moment to look over everything with a fine-tooth comb and an NMRA gauge. A set of precision screwdrivers is a favorite item.
