Are there any Bachmann locomotives that can handle 7" radius?

They already have.  I have a Pennsylvania one. It comes with DCC on board and it's very cool. However, since it is very small, you have to make sure you have a clean track, a number of feeder wires to your track for power, and electrofrog turnouts.
